This spacious, modern and Energy Efficient 2 storey home was designed to capture the sunlight throughout the day. The floor to ceiling windows and large French doors allows the natural light to flow through this modern open space. Situated in Leslieville, the home is steps away from amenities on Queen Street, Toronto Beaches, Bike Trails and Highway access.

Prior to building, my vision was to create a condo style living space with the advantages of a detached house. By utilizing the square footage of this home, I was able to achieve the 10 foot ceilings on the main and a 9 foot ceiling basement with a separate entrance. The second floor features a spacious master bedroom with a private walkout balcony, two well sized bedrooms, a laundry unit and a shared bathroom. The spa inspired bathroom includes a double sink and a water closet to allow for the morning rush shared usage. The heated floors are topped with marble and complimented with a light green floor to ceiling glass tile creating a reviving retreat. A skylight that shines down on the soaking tub gives a dreamy blue sky view. Finally the separate shower stall has a head and body soothing water supply that can switch from waterfall, rain shower, handheld or body jets.

As you walk through the entire house, you will notice the complimenting tones of grey as they flow from the floors, walls and tiles. The main has an open concept with custom doors and windows to fit the high ceilings. The clean cut high gloss white kitchen, white Quartz counters and multi coloured LED lighting provides a different ambiance for any occasion. At night, the main floor could be lit up using Energy saving LED lighting that reflects off a natural pine accent wall making it a remarkable entertainment space. The wide plank hardwood and stairs was custom stained to compliment the marble while maintaining the modern flow throughout the home.
